The Ethiopian Investment Commission on April 5, 2017 briefed Chinese business delegation on Ethiopia’s potential investment and business opportunities.
Speaking at a panel discussion organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Aschalew Taddesse, a representative from (EIC) said Ethiopia is keen to work with Chinese enterprises in areas ranging from textile, garment, leather and leather products and agro-processing to other fields of chemical products and construction.
KANG YI, head of the delegation noted that Ethio-Chinese ties exhibit continued growth featuring a steady growth of economic partnership for more progress.
According to MoFA, members of the business delegation on their part expressed their keen desire to invest in Ethiopia and take the business to business ties of the two countries into a new high.
