The first ever Ethiopian Real Estate Expo aimed at creating bridge for investors and real estate developers will be held from September 17 to 18, 2016 in North America.
The expo is expected to provide a platform for leading real estate developers through displaying and selling their products to residents who are living aboard.
It will feature 30 to 40 real estate developers that have already delivered residential units locally, it was indicated.
At a press conference he gave here, CEO of 251 Communications and the Organizer of the Expo Addis Alemayehu said the Ethiopian community who are residing in North America can take part in the first ever expo to be held in the D.C. metropolitan area.
“We wanted to bridge the gap between potential real estate consumers and Ethiopian real estate developers by creating a platform to connect buyers and sellers”, the CEO stated.
The expo will provide an opportunity to be able to explore the numerous real estate property options, price packages, payment schedules and more, the organizers said in a press statement.
It will include various high-potential networking events including questions and answer sessions on buying procedures, payment processes and legal implications for investors.
Public and private banks that will be featuring their mortgage services to those interested in investing will attend the event.
