Ethiopia will host the 17th International Labor Organization (ILO) regional seminar for labor-based practitioners from the 13th – 17th November 2017.
The five-day seminar aims at addressing common issues of African countries related to unemployment by promoting inclusive and broad based growth through labor based projects.
It will be held under the theme “Delivering on the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs): The Employment Intensive Approach.”
Policy makers, researchers, academic and development partners will come together in the seminar to exchange views and ideas as well as share experiences.
The seminar will consist of plenary paper presentations and discussions, as well as breakaway sessions for smaller group discussions on specific topics and issues.
