The 2nd Annual Professional Conference of the Ethiopian Society of Rural Development and Agricultural Extension (ESRDAE) was held on October 12, 2015 as part of the African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Service (AFAAS) at the Hilton Hotel in Addis Ababa.
Out of a total of 15 papers presented in the platform, Precise Consult International has won the 1st and 2nd prize awards for presenting best papers. The title of the two papers were Institutional Innovation in Apiculture: The case of the Ethiopia Sustainable Agribusiness Incubator (ESAI) and Facilitating Innovation: A private sector model to transform the Dairy sub sector in Ethiopia.
Quality of papers was assessed based on five criteria: good mix of theory with practice (theory informed practice), focus on contemporary issues, adding new values, addressing needs of the underserved and message clarity.
The papers will be available on our website by the end of next week.
